Base spirit: Grain (wheat)

This Old Tom Gin undergoes a unique three-step aging process. First, cane sugar is caramelised and turned into an alcoholic syrup before maturing it for 3-4 months in brandy barrels. This aged sugar is then blended with Citadelle Réserve Gin, an aged version of the original Citadelle Gin which is rested for five months in various barrels. Finally, the combined mixture is aged together for another four months, adding extra depth and smoothness to the final spirit.

Pure

Drink neat, on the rocks or with a few drops of water.

This gin is considered a sipping gin due to its uniqueness, rarity and/or delicate flavour profile. Enjoying it pure allows its character and complexity to shine without distraction.

On certain occasions, it can also perform beautifully

in select spirit-forward cocktails (see below).
